This course builds upon the foundation knowledge presented in the Excel – Level 1 course and will help start you down the road to creating advanced workbooks and worksheets that you can use to create a dashboard. The ability to analyze massive amounts of data, extract actionable intelligence from it, and present that information to decision makers is the cornerstone of driving a successful organization that is able to compete at a high level.

Outlook Certification Class Sessions
Class will be held March 9th to March 19th

Learn the basic features of Microsoft Outlook and get more done quickly. Learn about: Outlook Basic, Outlook Modules, Sending/Receiving Email, Contacts, Calendaring, Tasks and Customizing the Interface.

PowerPoint Certifications Class Sessions
Classes will be held March 30th- April 9th
Learn the basic features of Microsoft PowerPoint and get more done quickly. Learn about: PowerPoint Basics, Create & Manage Presentations, Create & Manage Slides, Enter & Edit Text on Slides, Inserting Simple Graphics, Reviewing Presentations and Custom Presentation Elements.

Access Certification Class Sessions
Classes will be held April 20th – May 7th
This ILT Series course covers the basic skills and concepts students need to use Microsoft Access productively and efficiently. After an introduction to the Access environment, students will learn how to plan databases and create tables. Then they will learn to organize fields and records, and to work with data entry rules. They will learn how to create basic queries, and how to work with forms and reports. This course will help students prepare for the Microsoft Office Specialist exam for Access. For comprehensive certification training, students should complete the Level 1, 2 and 3 courses for Access.
