Rev. Terrence Keeling

President/CEO

Reverend Keeling is President/ Chief Executive Officer of the Central Baptist Community Development Corporation. When he is not working for the Central Baptist CDC, he is also the Pastor of Central Baptist Church. He believes in focusing on the betterment of the whole person rather than focusing on just their soul. He has years of business experience that has led him to start Central Baptist Community Development Corporation.

Michael Minor

V.P./CFO

Michael “Mike” Minor is an Ex-United States Marine who comes to Central Baptist CDC after over 29 years of management experience with BP Oil Co. He has spent time in Bombay, India as an independent management consultant and throughout the United States as a missionary with American Baptist Churches of Pennsylvania and Delaware. He has also worked as an American Red Cross rapid response disaster team volunteer.

Kelsey Keeling

Director of Communications

Kelsey Keeling is a graduate of Loyola University Maryland, where she received her B.A. in Communications and Digital Media. She received her Masters in Public Administration (M.P.A) from University of Delaware. She has worked at Central Baptist Community Delaware since 2019 and has used both her degrees to promote the organizations via managing their social media channels and websites.

Dr. Natalie Rose

Dr. Natalie Rose is an Education and Technology Professional with many years of experience leading and consulting at the college, university, and corporate levels. Dr. Natalie believes it is important to customize how she engages and responds to adult learners interested in immersing themselves in today’s competitive and increasingly globalized work environment. Dr. Natalie possesses the required expertise to fill the offered role in light of the fact that she possesses approximately 20 years of senior level experience working as an educational instructor, program specialist, and national project manager that required her to design, develop, and lead qualitative and quantitative research projects, manage large teams, and determine strategic partnerships with academic, provincial and territorial associations in Canada. Dr. Natalie has extensive experience with managing the distribution of operation process projects and leading end-to-end stewardship of projects and design solutions from digital health implementation, construction, and safety to finance budget automation and workflow. Dr. Rose is eager to leverage her expertise and understanding of streamlining certification, credentialing, and key training programs as they relate to workforce development, career readiness, and workforce training to serve Wilmington residents more effectively.

Trevor Knight

Director of INCB

Trevor Knight began his career with the City of Wilmington at the Port (of Wilmington), where he spent 6 years as the Assistant Port Engineer. He was promoted to Plans Engineer in the Department of Licenses and Inspections for the City of Wilmington.  Trevor retired in 2017 from the City of Wilmington after 30 years of service. In 2017 he returned to the Port of Wilmington, as the Facility/ Project Manager where he worked on the construction and the renovation of several Warehouse projects.

Matthew Williams

Director of Urban Acres

Matthew has spent the last 10 years working to improve the food system in and around the City of Wilmington, Delaware as the Founder and Farmer of an urban farm in Wilmington and a vocal advocate for providing youth with nutritional-based education.
